Sponsorship Prospectus
Notice for sponsors based outside Japan: Sponsorships from companies based outside Japan are welcome, provided that payment is made from a legal entity registered in Japan (subsidiary, branch, or affiliate). We are unable to accept international wire transfers. For full details, please see the end of the prospectus.

Please note that the Ruby plan may be decided by lottery, so applications will close on Friday, June 26. Results will be announced via email after the application deadline.
If you are interested in a custom sponsorship, please also submit an application through this Google Form.
Ruby and Gold sponsors are eligible to exhibit a sponsor booth. (Additional option: ¥500,000 excluding tax.) If you would like to exhibit, please check the box below. Please note that if applications exceed capacity, selection will be made by lottery.
All sponsors are eligible to add the print sticker machine option. (Additional option: ¥100,000 excluding tax.) In addition to logo placement on the machine's exterior curtain, we are also exploring logo placement on the sticker sheet border. Please note that details regarding layout and format are still being finalized and may be subject to change.
Your selected plan may not be available due to capacity limits and random selection. Please select your preferred alternative option in case we could not accommodate your preferred request.
Please provide a short introduction of your company. Note that the length of the introduction will vary depending on the sponsorship plan you chose. If you submit a preliminary information or prefer to submit later, let us know via [Others] field below. We'll hold the information from publication on our website.
We request all informations to be filled in English, and non-English text are not permitted. Please confirm the above fields contain only English text, or use the following checkbox to acknowledge in case we are misdetecting non-English text.
If we find non-English text upon human review, we may ask you to correct it, and your information may not be published on our website until the correction is made.
Upload your company logo file for the sponsors page in our website, and the venue onsite. There are specific format requirements for the logo image file. Please refer to the template README before submitting.
